I plan to run a series of charity tournaments in the Greenhills bar there will be 3 tournaments in 2016 and 3 tournaments in 2017 between September and July.

The tournaments will be held on a Saturday.

The tournament entries will by invitation only

There will be a maximum of 16 entries

The entry cost will be £15 per tournament

All the entry cost for the first 3 tournaments will be paid up front

All of the £15 of the entry will be paid out in prize money

£100 will be donated to charity per tournament, none of this will come from the £15 entries pot, it will be donated separately

The winner of the each tournament will get to choose the charity of their choice to donate the £100

There will be 4 groups of 4 players, each player will play each other once

Each match will be first to 5 including group matches

The winner of each group will will go into the semi finals

If for any reason a final/semi final match cannot be completed due to time restraints the remaining match/matches must be completed before the next tournament at a time both players can mutually agree, if the matches are not completed the tournament organiser will donate the £100 charity donation to the charity of his choice and ranking points will be assigned to each player based on how far they got and prize will be divided based on how far the player got.

Each tournament will be ranked

2 points per win
5 points for turning up

Ranking points and positions will be determined on points first, then frame difference, then head to head, if for any reason the group positions cannot be determined by these three methods then a shoot out will come into force.

There will be a handicap system introduced

Any player who has ever played for a superleague A team will start off from scratch (0)

Any player who has ever played for a superleague B team but never an A team will start (+ 1)

Any player who has played for a superleague C team or never played for a superleague team as long as they have never played for a superleague A or B team will start off at (+ 2)
