The 2nd EK qualifier for the UK Open will be held in Club 2k/Ospreys on Sunday the 23rd of June.

The UK Open will be held at the Normandy Hotel, Renfrew from 20th-22nd September. The winner will receive £3000 and there is a total prize fund of £13,100.

The EK qualifier will be a straight knockout tournament with matches played first to 5. Entry fee for it is £10.

The winner of the EK Qualifier will have their entry fee & accomodation paid plus £15 which should cover any travel expenses (worth £160 in total). Any extra money raised will go to the runner up.

Draw will be made on 18th of June so all entry money must be in by then and times for matches should be on website shortly afterwards.

Please post on this thread if you want to enter. This will only go ahead if I receive at least 16 entries. Will take max 24 entries and your entry isn't guaranteed till you've paid.

If you pay to enter this qualifier and end up winning the first qualifier I will refund your entry money.

Now the other qualifier has been played I'm looking to start getting entries in for this.

Will only go ahead if I get 16.

was originally planning on making the draw for this tonight. Currently 9 players short of having enough entry money to cover the cost of a qualifier.

Still willing to run it and do draw later in the week, but really need to start getting names in or I'm afraid will have to cancel it.

If you're interested in playing please let me know. And if you can let your team mates know about it that would be much appreciated.
