That's 7 places paid (and guaranteed now).

Will be at the AGM to collect money and do the draw. Limiting this to 24 places(currently have 23 names) and if anyone currently not on the list pays entry they will skip the queue for places.

Would you not want as many names paid as possible in the draw mate rather than just 24 should I get more?

Planning on limiting it to 24 places as will take too long otherwise.

Want as many paid as possible, normally wouldn't do a draw without having everyone's money, but because the leagues finished and I wont see people on Tuesday nights accepting I probably wont get the cash from everyone in advance.

Anyone that pays before draw will go to the top of the list of places though, so people who's name is in, but haven't played aren't guaranteed a place as some one not in the list might ask and pay for a place.

want to do the draw after Monday's AGM, but not willing to do it while so many have still to pay.

Work in town if anybody wants to meet me in the city centre around lunch time, will be at the AGM on Monday and looking for a game up the club Saturday afternoon and will be at Cyclops wedding reception Saturday night if any of those times suit to pay me.

Can also pass on my bank details if it would be easier for you to transfer money to me.

if it's easier for anyone you can also pay the entry money to Andy Mason.

draw will be Thursday now as meeting dragged on and a few people have still to pay me.

If you don't arrange to pay me by then you wont be in the draw

I'd originally said 1st prize would be entry money, hotel paid and £15 towards accommodation. This was based on the two EK qualifiers sharing but I noticed Aldo is down on SPA site as not sharing.

So it will be entry paid and a room to yourself, but no travel money for the winner now. On the plus side you don't have to share with Aldo.

If I get more than 16 entrants then any extra entry money will go to the runner up as a consolation prize.

Also I will be in the club from about 8 tonight if that suits anyone to pay me entry fee.

draw will be made at 8.30 tonight in the club/ospreys. I'll be there for about half an hour before to collect money from people that are still to pay.

If you've not arranged payment by then the draw will go ahead without your name in it!
